Before you proceed for reservation, it is important to read and agree with our rules & policy first.
1. Strictly no alcohol, drugs & pork allowed.
*** This is really important. Kindly note that we are muslim friendly accommodation and any alcohol, drug, pork or unappropriate party are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in our homestay area.
2. Every unit have maximum guest limit that strictly need to be follow to avoid any future problems or unit overloaded.
For large groups, kindly wise arrange & be honest regarding the number of guests with the unit of choice (Inn/Homestay).
*** Need to be reminded, Azimat Inn & Homestay are definitely not suitable for your big group if you want to put as many person as can in a unit, because we are truly focus on QUALITY over QUANTITY. If you have large number of families and have plan for them to be in place all together in a small unit of room/house, we strongly recommend you to find another resort/chalet/homestay. We are NOT THE ONE. And we appreciate if you do not use excuses such as "they're only kids", "we only have many number of kids" which is already 7 to 12 years. We are consider kids as human too and they also deserve a comfort & proper space to sleep, cannot be sumbat like sardin or ikan bilis. Truly from bottom of our heart, thank you so so much for your understanding regarding this rules :)
*** This is also important. Kindly note that we reserves the right to deny your check-in or charge you for extra guest upon your arrival if the number of guests exceed the maximum guest allowed.
3. Our private beach only can be enter by all guests who's staying at our homestay/inn only, even you have booked some of our units, you definitely CANNOT bring any extra families or friends who is only for daystay, picnic, swimming or any activities without our permission.
*** Please respect our rules that ONLY guests who's staying overnight (total families in reservation details) can be in our private area to avoid any issues in the future. We strongly recommend your extra family to go to Public Beach such as Pantai Tanjung Buluh, Pantai Jason Bay, Pantai Manis, Pantai Temalah and so many other public beaches.
*** Any no show or last minute cancellation made within 14 days before check-in date, the booking deposit will not be returned.
5. Refundable safety/secured deposit for every unit is required during check-in. It will be returned during check-out after room/house checking.
*** RM50/room & RM100/homestay
6. Note and agreed with extra charges for any early check-in, late check-out, extra guests and extra mattress. Kindly informed us in advance for any special request for our further arrangement.
7. Limited parking for every unit booked. Our parking is free of charge and nearby your booking unit. However, each unit will only allowed for allocate number of cars due to limited parking in our area.
*** Please refer our allocation parking before you proceed. Yet no worry, any extra cars will be provided a designated car park, nearest the beach (quite far from your booked unit, still walking distant), but with parking coupon. Please register you cars correctly during giving reservation details to avoid any misunderstanding.
*** We have right to asking an unregistered car to leave our premises as this is a private beach and only our guests are allowed to be in this area.
8. Any karaoke activities or activities included PA system need to be informed in advance to our admin in order to avoid any issues between different group guest.
*** Karaoke activities only allowed for guest who's staying at homestay unit only. For Inn's unit, we are not allowed it because it nearby neighbor's houses and to avoid any complaint.
*** As for karaoke session, we need to ask permission with other group guest first to avoid they being uncomfortable with loud and soundy environment, as the homestay unit as close to one another.
*** Karaoke session only allowed if same group booking homestay unit and other group guest are being okay with it. Note that most of our guests love the quiet kampung moments and calm moments on the beach. Some of them like the loud and cheerful environment, doing all fun activities and feel all the excitement. So let's respect each others's preference so everyone can have fun and spend quality time together with families.
*** Cut off time for karaoke session is at 11pm. You can start in the morning as early as 8.30am. Have a short break whenever azan to respect it together.
